Fraudulent / Declined Transactions

We also reserve the right to undertake legal action against those who engage in fraudulent use of the Site and any other unlawful acts or omissions in violation of these terms and conditions.
Payment
Each time you place an order, you will be prompted to provide your credit card details on the Website. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard through the Stripe system. You agree to pay any amounts due as stated in the invoice and under this Agreement.
Indemnity
All users/organisations waive any current or future claims against Orgnyse Pty Ltd and our associates related to any transaction. You agree to indemnify and hold Orgnyse Pty Ltd harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses that may be incurred by Orgnyse Pty Ltd or our associates relating to the performance of its duties as outlined in these Terms and Conditions. This includes all costs of defending against a claim by any other person and/or resulting from you taking or refraining from any action, or instituting or defending any legal proceeding. You further agree to indemnify and hold Orgnyse Pty Ltd and our associates harmless from any claim made by a third party due to or arising out of your use of this website.

This eases administrative operations and helps organisations become more efficient and risk-free. Organiser Terms:
An 'Organiser' at Orgnyse Pty Ltd refers to an individual or a team that creates an account/event on www.Orgnyse.com.au. We may review your created event and notify you of the outcome. It is at the discretion of Orgnyse Pty Ltd whether to approve/accept your event. The event will be published under the brand name of Orgnyse Pty Ltd, but the copyright and author credit belong entirely to the respective Organiser.
Orgnyse Pty Ltd only supports events that are legally permissible in the specific event jurisdiction and within the country/local government guidelines. Compliance with rules and regulations is the sole responsibility of the Organiser. Payments are processed through the Stripe system on the platform, and any transaction/exchange rate commission will be payable by the Organisation or as per the setup made by the Organiser for their end-users.
Events that contain or promote pornography, nudity, or sexually explicit material are not to be published through Orgnyse Pty Ltd. Appropriate adult content is permitted within legal boundaries, but you're responsible for age restrictions and managing these legal obligations. It is strictly prohibited to publish content that spreads hatred towards any group based on race, religion, disability, gender, etc. Your content should not be used for unlawful activities, nor should it reveal confidential and personal information unless consent is given.
Please refrain from using our website for commercial advertising purposes or redirecting visitors. If any infringement occurs, we will take serious action, including immediate deletion of plagiarised content. You may report infringement matters and prohibited content to admin@orgnyse.com.au
When creating an event, you may add specific terms and conditions for each event. It must be clear to the buyers what they're agreeing to. This can include refund policies, right to refuse entry, and anything else within legal limits in the event jurisdiction. Each event can have different terms and conditions.
The terms and conditions must be reviewed by ticket buyers during the booking process. Acceptance of both Orgnyse Pty Ltd's and the Event Organiser’s terms and conditions is a prerequisite for using our service. The purchase can only be completed once the ticket buyer has accepted the terms and conditions, which will be provided on the event page/website or can be added in full to the ticket.
To create Terms and Conditions, log into your account, select your event from the dashboard, and click on Terms and Conditions under Organisation profile. Compose and edit your Terms and Conditions, ensuring to save before exiting. You may opt to include a "no refunds" policy in your terms and conditions. However, if the event is not conducted as advertised or is cancelled, patrons should be offered an alternative such as a refund or a rescheduled date. It is your responsibility to provide this option promptly, ideally at the time of cancellation or on the same day. Orgnyse Pty Ltd is not responsible for this.
- We provide suggested Terms and Conditions for your convenience. Feel free to edit and customize these to suit your event.
- Attendees are required to present their Ticket/QR Code at the entrance as per the Organiser's instructions.
- Tickets are strictly non-transferable.
- It is prohibited to duplicate tickets.
- Refunds are at the discretion of the Event Organiser. Please make your selection carefully as refunds may not be available.
- The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
- The ticket may serve as a tax invoice or receipt for event-related payments.
- The ticket is created and managed through the Orgnyse Pty Ltd site and is subject to its Terms and Conditions.
- Attendees may be asked to provide proof of age or a concession card.
- The Event Organiser reserves the right to film, photograph, and produce videos of the event.
- In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons, if the Event Organiser agree to do so.
- Each ticket entitles the holder to one coupon, which can be exchanged at the box office on the day of the event.
- The Event Organiser is solely responsible for all issues related to ticket sales. For any queries, please contact the Event Organiser directly.
- Tickets cannot be resold at a price higher than the original purchase price. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the holder may be denied entry.
- Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will strictly adhere to the Privacy of Information Act.
- Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals. Doors open time will be as per the Organiser’s announcement.
- Any individuals causing disturbances, appearing intoxicated, or behaving in a threatening or unruly manner will be asked to leave the premises.
