What is the pricing structure of Orgnyse for Event ticketing?
>> Currently, we do not have any service charge or additional fees for running the event and for using all our amazing features. Like any other event platform, there is a transaction charge which includes the portion charged by credit/debit card processing systems & and covering our system overheads. This charge is unavoidable. Our transaction fee structure is 2.5% of the order amount + 50C per order.
Please note, you could pass this completely or partially to the customer. Alternatively, you could build this into your ticket pricing and absorb, so that the customer has no friction in the ticket buying process.
For a $30 ticket, the transaction fees spent by Customer or Organisation is: $1.25
How does the customer receive their ticket?
The customers receive an email with the ticket and an invoice attached. The email body will also have the QR code on it.
How would you verify the ticket and entry at the event?
We have a browser based QR scanning portal for you to mark the entry/attendance by volunteers. You could also search for the customer’s name or email and verify them (in cases where they forgot to bring the QR code or can’t find the email etc.). Additionally, we have a well-received option to mark the entry partially – if a ticket has 5 attendees in it and only 2 came first, you can mark the 2 and the remaining 3 separately.
Why is Orgnyse superior compared to other Event Platforms?
There are a lot of ‘Organisation friendly’ options with Orgnyse. Please see a list of points that makes us different:
1. User-friendly interface for Organisers and ticket buyers.
2. Sponsor section: Ability to add your sponsor logos in various levels (Platinum, gold etc.) and link them to their website etc. It is used by Organisations for offering more value to sponsors.
3. Agent Code: An option to process Offline ticket sales by the ‘Influencers’ in the community, bypassing the card payment. The Agents will be responsible for collecting the payment, but our reporting section will give the breakdown of Agent’s accountability.
(This feature itself will save you a lot of amounts in Transaction charge – In our experience, the events run by Organisations are hard to become successful just through online sales – there will be a need for influential and relationship-based selling as well)
Does Orgnyse have options available for offering discount?
- Based on Coupon codes (for the whole transaction and/or for specific tickets).
- Based on the number of tickets purchased (For example: Buy 5 and get 20%)
- Discount for members or specific people (Upload a list of emails and they will automatically be offered a specified discount – Treat someone special))
- Combo Discounts: You can set up combinations – when buying ticket-A and ticket-B together, you could offer a discount…
Can we customise the event page and details?
Yes. Extended customisation to button texts, content etc. on the event page is available.
Can the ticket be Added to Apple Wallet?
Tickets can be added to customer's Apple wallet, for easy access at event entry.
Can we customise ticket delivery emails?
The text on the email sent out with the ticket can be updated to include special instructions, can add the Organisation’s logo in the signature, add sponsor logos on the email etc. (Additional benefit to offer Sponsors)
Can we send emails to all ticket buyers at once?
An option to email in bulk to all those who purchased ticket. This will allow to remind them about the event a few days prior, and also to provide any additional information such as parking, special requirements etc.
How is your procedure for managing event entry?
Partial admitting of attendees at QR scan – and the ability to get the exact number of people attended the event, for committee review post event. It also helps attendees to come at their convenience and can still be admitted without disturbing the other members in the ticket.
Does Orgnyse provide in-person assistance?
Absolutely. In-person assistance in setting up the event and on-going support is provided.
