At Orgnyse, we value your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your personal information. If you wish to delete your account and permanently remove your data from our system, you can submit a formal request using the form below.

Once submitted, our team will process your request in accordance with our data handling policy. You will receive confirmation once your data has been successfully deleted.

⚠️ Note: This action is irreversible. All your data will be deleted or Anonymized. Even after an account is deleted, we may retain: Order history (event tickets, transactions) – for financial records & dispute resolution. Anonymized event participation data – to maintain event logs. Fraud prevention and compliance data – as required by law.

How Long Is Data Retained?

Personal data is removed or anonymized immediately upon deletion request.

Transactional records are retained for at least 3-5 years, as required by law.
